Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with mbo88's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on mbo88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal arrangement).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. mbo88 applies a strict 21+ policy consistent with the prevailing age-verification standards for online gaming targeting the Indonesia market.
• You must be an individual residing in or accessing the Platform from Indonesia.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of mbo88 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by mbo88 or by any other licensed gaming operator, that remains in effect at the time of registration or play.
• You must not have had a prior mbo88 Account that was closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

mbo88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility requirements are not met or where we have reasonable grounds to believe they are not met. Any Balance in a suspended or closed ineligible Account may be withheld pending investigation.

Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold exactly one (1) real-money Account on the Platform. Registering, operating, or facilitating the operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified:

• All duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any Balance or Bonus Funds held in duplicate Accounts will be forfeited.
• The original Account may also be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information when registering your Account and at all times thereafter. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and the payment methods you intend to use. You must promptly update your Account profile if any of this information changes.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mbo88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting mbo88 customer support. Any cleared Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC completion. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In accordance with its international licensing obligations and responsible gaming commitments, mbo88 conducts KYC verification on all Accounts. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage, including before your first withdrawal:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk, SIM, or passport).
• Proof of Age: A document confirming your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence (issued within the last 90 days) showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (e.g., a screenshot of your OVO, DANA, GoPay, or bank account showing your full name and account number).

mbo88 will process KYC submissions within two (2) business days. You will be notified by email or live chat once verification is complete. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC. mbo88 is not liable for delays in processing withdrawals caused by incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.

Deposits

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mbo88 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP — minimum deposit Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja — minimum deposit Rp 20.000 per transaction.

6.2 Processing Times

Bank transfer deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5–15 minutes during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). E-wallet deposits are credited instantly. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes of confirmed payment, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

6.3 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. mbo88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be reversed and the originating Account may be suspended pending investigation.

mbo88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges for which mbo88 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Methods and Timelines

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 15 minutes on a 24/7 basis. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 5–60 minutes during WIB business hours (Monday–Saturday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Processing outside these hours may extend to the next available business window.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal and daily limits are set at mbo88's discretion and are communicated within your Account dashboard. mbo88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• Your Account has passed all required KYC verification checks.
• The funds you are withdrawing represent cleared Balance (not pending Bonus Funds or unmet wagering requirements).
• You have wagered a minimum of one (1) times the value of any deposit prior to withdrawal, to confirm genuine player activity.
• No pending investigation or security review is active on your Account.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by mbo88 are subject to these general conditions as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence solely with respect to that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be converted to withdrawable Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page. For example, a Wagering Requirement of 20x on a Bonus Fund of Rp 100.000 means you must place total wagers of Rp 2.000.000 on eligible games before any winnings become withdrawable.

8.3 Game Eligibility and Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to the Wagering Requirement. As a general guide:

• Slot games: 100% contribution.
• Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette): 10% contribution.
• Sportsbook single bets (minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets): 100% contribution, minimum 3 legs.
• Keno and togel: 50% contribution.
• Progressive jackpot slots: 0% contribution.

Game-specific contribution rates for a given promotion will be stated on the relevant promotion page; the above rates are defaults where no specific rate is stated.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and their associated Wagering Requirements expire thirty (30) calendar days from the date of credit unless a different expiry period is specified on the promotion page. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your Account.

8.5 Abuse of Bonuses

mbo88 monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing exclusively low-risk or arbitrage bets to clear Wagering Requirements without genuine engagement with the Platform's games; using Bonus Funds in a systematic manner calculated to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome; or coordinating bonus claiming across multiple Accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, mbo88 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to close the Account without further notice.

Betting Rules

Specific betting rules for each product category — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, togel, and keno — are published within the relevant game interface and support documentation. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. mbo88 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical failure that prevents the proper recording or settlement of a bet, mbo88 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome. Where this is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake returned to your Account.
• mbo88 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet where it has reasonable grounds to suspect market manipulation, match-fixing, or the use of prohibited software or data feeds.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per event. Current limits are displayed within each betting interface and are subject to change at mbo88's sole discretion.
• For sportsbook markets, results are determined by official governing body declarations (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). Results will not be revised on the basis of subsequent appeals or reviews unless the governing body itself reverses the official result.

Responsible Gaming

mbo88 is committed to promoting a safe, enjoyable, and controlled gaming environment for all members. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic reminders or session cut-offs based on time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Temporary exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 12 months; permanent exclusion is irreversible.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in live casino games.
• Engaging in bandar bola (unlicensed bookmaking) activity by accepting bets from third parties using your mbo88 Account as a conduit.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit with your bank or e-wallet provider without first raising a dispute with mbo88 customer support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent Account closure and legal action.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mbo88 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, text, graphics, audio, video, and the mbo88 brand name — is the exclusive property of mbo88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without mbo88's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, mbo88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of cleared funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mbo88 shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
• Any loss or corruption of data.
• Any interruption to the Platform caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or third-party payment system outages.
• Any actions taken by mbo88 in good-faith compliance with its international licensing obligations or applicable anti-money-laundering requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by Applicable Law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of mbo88's international operating jurisdiction, as specified in mbo88's gaming licence documentation.

14.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact mbo88 customer support and allow us a reasonable opportunity (not less than 30 calendar days) to resolve the matter informally. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 5 business days.

14.3 Formal Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed independent arbitration body operating under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The seat of arbitration, the language of proceedings, and the selection of arbitrators shall be agreed in writing between the parties at the time of referral.

14.4 No Class Actions

You agree that any dispute with mbo88 will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class-action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Amendments to These Terms

mbo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mbo88 will:

• Post the updated Terms at https://mbo88.club/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.
• Display an in-Platform notification to all logged-in members for a period of not less than 7 days following publication.
• Send a notification to your registered email address where the changes materially affect your rights or obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
